Limited Edition #SocialInsiders Giveaway! -CLOSED-

"Limited Edition"

Don't those words just do something to ya? Doesn't it just say, "You've got to have me!" Well, not really. It just makes it more inciting. Usually if my husband sees that, especially on a box of snacks of some sort, he's GOT TO HAVE THEM! It's just so fun!

AND THAT IS REASON NUMBER ONE WHY YOU SHOULD NOT SHOP WITH YOUR HUSBAND!

I am a #SocialInsider and I just love being apart of this awesome community! When I read the email that Purex was coming out with a new scent I didn't think anything of it, but then when I saw the words "TEXAS" and "Bluebonnets" I got excited and literally screamed! I just love bluebonnets!

I think many of us have the memory of us at our grandparents house as children and smelling the yummy bluebonnets that were planted in the front yard. I sure do!

Purex and Social Insiders were so kind and I was so thankful to get to help them tell all my Texan friends about their new scent! I've been using it for almost 2 weeks and I already went to go buy another bottle.

  1. One summer my family went to take pictures in the beautiful bluebonnets but we were soon greeted by a swarm of bees and ran outta there. needless to say we take pictures from a far now!

  2. I grew up and live in Lubbock, so I never really got to see the fields of wild bluebonnets. All open land in the Lubbock area is covered with cotton, which is a magnificent sight in itself when the full bloom plants look like a snow covered field in the middle of summer.

  3. I can remember when there were field and fields of bluebonnets each spring. They would line the highway and made for wonderful car rides.

  4. We moved from Alabama to South TX (near Brownsville) and I was so excited to get to see the bluebonnets in TX. Imagine my disappointment when we found out that they aren't in our area...you have to go more toward Hill Country. I'm still hopeful to get to see them one day though since we still live here in TX.

  5. We moved to Texas when our kiddos were little, and we took photos in the bluebonnets each year. This year we had the great pleasure of taking photos of our new little granddaughter in her first bluebonnet picture!

Ungrateful during Thanksgiving?

Hubby made me cry on Thanksgiving.... The usual share what you're thankful for, he just went all out talking about how we had one of the toughest years and we were apart from each other for six months and how much he missed us and it just sucked. Ohhhh, the waterfalls!! But yeah, it was the longest year ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Reminds me of something that's been on my mind....

We just moved out of the valley and guess what?! The worst part moving to a new place was not the moving. Before we moved I scoped out our neighborhood, grocery stores, parks and I joined several mom groups. I knew negative Nancy’s were bound to share their troubles in Facebook groups but I’ve never heard so many complaints in one day.

I don’t know what it is but I don’t like when people complain. I just think to myself, “Did you really have to share that?” or about an easy solution to that complaint. There would have been a better way to spend your time than writing a n…
