Not So Private Moments + 5 Tips on Connecting with your Daughter

Last year I said I wanted to spend more quality time with each of my girls, and it was one resolution that I kept and still love doing. Most of us think, "They are with me 24/7!" or "I need some ME TIME!" Your daughter is probably thinking the same thing.

Web MD: A recent study from the University of Georgia found that, even more than other family dynamics, the mother-daughter relationship determines a girl's future relationship skills and self-esteem. When mothers are overly critical, their daughters are more likely to have poor social skills and unhealthy attitudes toward eating, compared with girls with more supportive moms.
