#Mamavation #2WeekChallenge!


Today is day 2 of the Mamavation #2WeekChallenge and so far so good. I wanted to do this post to write in some numbers and join in the fun giveaways. Who doesn't like to win and who doesn't like a good challenge? Feel free to join in as well
What is Mamavation?
Mamavation™ is a online docudrama and weight loss support group for moms in social media. It’s both a campaign and Virtual Sorority™ in one.
I'm pretty sure I won't be posting every day, but follow me on Instagram or Twitter for daily updates and how I'm feeling after the workout and what I'm eating and help me through some challenging times :)

I'm so mad that I missed the Hangout yesterday. I had made plans to be sure to be home in time, but then hubby wanted to go out to eat (sushi) but then the van was low in gas and while he did that I ran into HEB to get some imgredients for MPM and by the time we got home I totally forgot and started sweeping and getting the girls in the shower. When I remembered... it was after 10PM! Yeah, it sucked, lol. But it's recorded!!! So if you want to check it out here's the link. Enough talk, lets get to the numbers. I think my last "OFFICIAL" weigh in was last September!! 

May 5th 
Weigh-in: 178.6!
Hips: 47
Thighs: 23.3/22.1

And I also measured my arms, breast and my pooch because that is the area I'm really wanted to shrink. I've been doing a 4 week ab challenge, this is the last week, but I think I'm going to extend it an additional week because I was sick last week, so I want to make it up. Lets hope I shrink in size!

*UPDATED* I have my other numbers and I'll input them later today. Annaleah is currently taking a nap on top of me, lol.


Tell us your best tips for keeping a workout routine! 

I don't have a routine right now because I haven't set a schedule I have had to have great will power! So that is one thing I am going to attempt to do this week. I either workout before the baby wakes up and after I drop off Eliada at school at 11:30 or after I pick up the girls from school OR in the evening after dinner. So, yeah.

Have any tips for me?

It wasn't always this "unorganized." Last fall I completed c25k and went jogging every morning after dropping off my oldest at school, I might try that again in a few weeks!

  1. Good luck for the challenge, good luck with setting a schedule too. I find things work out much better when i plan properly, its just sometimes I forget to plan!!
