Welcome to Week 4 of my weight loss journal! I have been working out for the past month but joined a weight loss challenge hosted by Lee on Youtube. Go check his channel out, he's a great guy.
So I decided that I am going to give myself a weekly challenge. Check last weeks post to see how I've been doing! You can watch the updates on my You Tube channel HERE.The challenge I set for myself this week was to continue doing the programs I have been doing as well as drinking only water and more fruits n veggies. Today's Weight: 180.0, Down 1.4lbs, same as last week!

Exercise routine: I'm doing the Sparkle People 28-day Bootcamp Challenge and C25k!
Supposedly, after you finish you can run a 5k without stopping. Which is a great goal. I am already signed up to do a 5k in November! So we'll see how that goes. I actually didn't do the 28-day bootcamp everyday this week... booohooo! But I did do the action plan and did the daily workouts twice three times this week. But today is the last day... I'm going to take today and tomorrow and do the workouts that I missed this weekend. I did do the toning workouts from FitnessBlender as well. OUCH! That's all I have to say.
Weekly Personal Challenge: The Challenge for the week was to DRINK ONLY WATER (again) and to increase my fruit and veggies! One day I drank some orange juice for breakfast and milk with my prezle snack in the afternoon. But water all the other times, and I'm trying to keep track of how much water I drink but it's so hard, I keep forgetting. But I did buy some new water bottles, so I want to measure how much water fits in them and then mark on the fridge how many times I fill it up, that will be my challenge for next week so I can see if I am drinking enough water.
For the fruits and veggies part... I usually don't have a problem eating them, but we have been saving money for this weekend (hubby's birthday), so when we went grocery shopping I didn't grab lettuce and we were already low, I thought we had enough, apparently we didn't. But check out what I made for lunch one day!
This Weeks' Challenge: Start a new program! Give me suggestions! I'm either going to do #Mamavation #2weekchallenge or the squat challenge. What do you think?
I'm hesitant to do this squat challenge because I want to burn fat first, won't this tone? So I may lean towards the #2weekchallenge instead.
