TMB - Weight Loss Journal, Week 3
Welcome to Week 3 of my weight loss journal! I have been working out for the past month but joined a weight loss challenge hosted by Lee on Youtube. Go check his channel out, he's a great guy.
So I decided that I am going to give myself a weekly challenge. The first week it was to drink only water! And I succeeded! Week 2 was to eat Breakfast everyday before 9am! I did pretty good. And this past week it was to do 10 sit-ups and 10 push-ups everyday. That was kinda bad, I only did it for like 4 days, which isn't bad. You can watch the updates on my You Tube channel HERE.

Starting Weight: 189
Goal Weight: 170
Today's Weight: 181.4, Down 1.4lbs
Waist: 42, up 1/2 in
Hips: 48, no change
Arms: 12.5 - 12, down 1/2 in
Thighs: 23.5, no change
Calves: 14 1/3rd (After doing c25k I totally think my calves are bigger and totally regret not adding these to my measurements!)
Numbers are ANNOYING! lol
Exercise routine: I'm doing the Sparkle People 28-day Bootcamp Challenge (M-F) and C25k!
Supposedly, after you finish you can run a 5k without stopping. Which is a great goal. I am already signed up to do a 5k in November! So we'll see how that goes.
And the Spark People 28-day Bootcamp Challenge has been going great as well. At first I thought it was too easy, but last week they added 10 minute of toning workouts and I started doing some from FitnessBlender toning videos. OUCH! This week is the last week I'll be doing it! I can't believe it's almost over. The action plan for this week it to step it up another notch! I'm to do the daily works out twice on three days this week, so twice the burn.
Weekly Personal Challenge: This weeks I am going to challenge myself to DRINK ONLY WATER (again) and to increase my fruit and veggies! This week I ate a bit more bad food so I'm hoping water will flush it out and so will the fruits and veggies. Don't think I need extra exercising, already got enough on my plate.
So, just have one more week for the 28-day bootcamp and half way through c25k... any recommendations on what I should shoot for next.
