Hope ya'll have had a great weekend. We sure did. It was relaxing, full of rain and fun! Check out the awesome photos I took yesterday when hubby and I went on a date! And I think we are going to have more rain this week as well. But that's okay, our grass has been fading and I'm so glad that it will be growing. But a bad thing... the mosquitoes! Lots of changes going on my blog and Youtube Channel right now, so if you are new to either, hope you stay tuned and also let me know what you'd like to see!
If ya'll saw my post this weekend, this Mami is getting back into shape! So one of my challenges this week is to eat Breakfast everyday before 9am! So, the plan this week is to drop of my oldest at school and then go jogging and be back in time and make breakfast. Wish me luck! What is your fav breakfast?
Here are the breakfast ideas for the week: Egg whites with veggies, diced fruit, watermelon, oatmeal, cereal and nutrition bars.
Monday: BBQ Sausage Tacos with Grilled Onions and Corn (didn't have them last week)
Tuesday: Oven Roasted Chicken Sub Sandwiches with Kale Chips and Annie's Mac n Cheese
Thursday: Chicken Parmesan with Garlic Bread and Salad
Friday: White Chicken Chili with Sausage and Corn Bread
