Menu Plan Monday - Taking it easy!

Evening, it's 10:30 at night, girls just went to bed Annaleah is taking a nap (yeah, a nap) and hubby is playing with the media computer! It's been a long day....

I TOTALLY thought I had posted the MENU PLAN MONDAY post, but I didn't! When I do MPM I always go to the kitchen and type it out on my phone and also make a list of the ingredients I have to get at HEB, which I did, but I didn't share it with ya'll!

We are in training!! Training for BACK TO SCHOOL! Check you my Back to School Savings Seminar on my Youtube channel. I met some ladies at our local pizza place to show them how to get the best deals on school supplies, so check it out for some tips! So what does training mean? Well, today we woke up earlier than normal and by the end of the week we should be up by 7am! YUCK! Ya'll know I'm NOT a MORNING PERSON! I also have to get back into the routine of having dinner ready between 7 and 8pm. It's already 6:56 and did hasn't been started yet! Oops. So here's the menu for this week, kinda gonna make it a little easy on myself.

Monday: Beef Pasta Alfredo (with leftover beef and jarred sauce)

Tuesday: Chicken Spaghetti (we didn't have it last week)

Wednesday: Leftovers (gonna make the whole box of spaghetti)

Thursday: Slow-Cooker Teriyaki Chicken with Steamed Rice

Friday: Fried Cabbage and Beef

Like me on Facebook to see pics of my recipes when I post them! If you have a recipe that you'd like me to blog about or about how it went, if I changed anything, let me know! Or if you have a recipe you'd like me to try, I'd like that as well! Most of these recipes are on my Pinterest page!

Link up with Lots of yummy recipes that you can find by browsing through her website or the hundreds of others who also share their weekly menu!

  1. Sounds like a great menu plan. The slow cooker is my not-so-secret weapon many days. Have a great week! ~ Pary Moppins

  2. Teriyaki Chicken sounds yummy (and slow cooker meals are awesome). Love HEB, wish that I lived near one (or a Kroger, Trader Joe's or Whole Foods for that matter) but I enjoy stopping there when I visit my parents in Texas.
