Snacks for the week
**I'm adding this so that I can stay on track with my snacking. I have GD (Check out my Pregnancy Journals) and I haven't been snacking as much I should and finding myself waiting too long between meals to eat something**

Last week went smoothly, I got everything I needed. This week I may only need lettuce, woohoo! It's times like these, when it's 105 outside, that I love my stockpile! We also did just go to Walgreens to get $.99 eggs and bacon too! Last week (if you subscribe to my Youtube), I got the fajita for less than $1, woohoo. Yum! I went to the local health clinic and the nutritionist there told me I'm under-weight! So I'm going to see what I can add to my diet to fatten me up, but be nutritious as well.
ANY SUGGESTIONS on what to add to my diet to add pounds but not fat?
I have gestational diabetes and I'm actually toned it down on the carb in-take because my sugars are starting to creep up on me, even when I eat healthy. Ugh
