Menu Plan Monday - Stockpile Meals

This week we are going to have a lot of one pot meals and stockpile inspired dishes. You don't hear that too often do ya. That's one of the good things about stocking up on veggies or pasta when they are on sale. And then when you crave them you don't have to go out and pay $2 for one box, not to mention if you have a bigger family. I hope these recipes will help you save when you go out to the grocery store and just look in your pantry for your meal.

Monday
White Chicken Chili & Cornbread
Made with a box of Quick Chili, chopped chicken (fzn) and a can of chili beans

 Tuesday
Cheesy Enchiladas & Refried beans
Made with canned enchilada sauce and canned beans

Wednesday
From MyRecipes.com
Leftovers

Thursday
Beef N Veggie Stoup
Made with canned green beans, canned corn, canned tomatoes and sauce

Friday
Chicken Pot Pie
Made with canned veggies and canned soup

There ya have it, some easy recipes that you can make with items in your pantry! Only items I have to buy this week from the grocery store is some potatoes for the Stoup and the crust for the pot pie! Feel free to link up with OrgJunkie.com and check out all of the other amazing blogs with some great menus this week!

QUESTION: What is your favorite stockpile/pantry recipe?!

Ungrateful during Thanksgiving?

Hubby made me cry on Thanksgiving.... The usual share what you're thankful for, he just went all out talking about how we had one of the toughest years and we were apart from each other for six months and how much he missed us and it just sucked. Ohhhh, the waterfalls!! But yeah, it was the longest year ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Reminds me of something that's been on my mind....

We just moved out of the valley and guess what?! The worst part moving to a new place was not the moving. Before we moved I scoped out our neighborhood, grocery stores, parks and I joined several mom groups. I knew negative Nancy’s were bound to share their troubles in Facebook groups but I’ve never heard so many complaints in one day.

I don’t know what it is but I don’t like when people complain. I just think to myself, “Did you really have to share that?” or about an easy solution to that complaint. There would have been a better way to spend your time than writing a n…
