MBB - Sponsor Spotlight - Reconstructed by Charlie Anastazja

The one thing we were missing from Eli's birthday was a birthday outfit! Hubby is very picky when it comes to celebration/holiday outfits, well, actually everyday outfits. He wants our girls to look girly but not to prissy. Anywho, we had been shopping for one for over two months and finally I just reached out on my FB page and a WAHM got back to us and she gave us exactly what we needed and best part what... it was up-cycled! How great is that.

Check out the transformation!

How cool is that. It fit her just right to. Eli's party was a classic Minnie and even though this Minnie is wearing the "older" version, it went great with all the red we had in the party. She loved the blue and kept saying "Booo! Booo!" It was just freakin' adorable

 Eli in a dramatic pose...

Eli, being silly and putting on her Christmas Tutu and having a snack.... she looks like a lil chubby girl!

And then playing peek-a-boo! Or not wanting mommy to take any more photos! hhaaha

After this we went outside and played in the yard while daddy wrapped her presents (yes, last minute). And then it was almost time to go.

Words can't describe how much Eli loved it for her birthday, and come birthday morning she ran to go get it and couldn't wait to put it on. She had it on for a good three hours before her birthday.

BUT THEN!! Grandma came. And guess what she brought? Another birthday outfit. She had heard that we had such a hard time finding it, so she went to go buy one herself. So, in most of her birthday photos you see her wearing grandmas outfit. She was a bit down for a while, but once I added red bows to her shoes she was happy again. After grandma left and days after she still asks to put on her birthday outfit!

That outfit was cute to, but she didn't want to wear it, poor thing. We had a great time none the less...

Thank you to our Sponsor: Reconstructed by CharlieAnatazja!

Check out her Facebook page to see all the other great work that gets done! She's super handy with the sewing machine and works wonders making the old look SUPER FAB!

Quality: You would never know that the t-shirt was an old t-shirt. The sewed everything perfect so that it stays in play. With a 3 year-old sqirming in it and most "new" outfits start to losen for maybe fray. This one still looks like the day we got it.

Fit: Don't you just love the one shoulder? I do and so did Eli. The fit was perfect and even though hubs would have liked a little longer skirt, too bad!

Shipping: Yes, I was afraid it would not get here in time. But I got a message asking some last minute detail questions and later that night... she was done! I was like WHAT?! I did not expect for her to finish that fast. AMAZING! And later that week, we got the outfit.

Customer Service: SUPERB! That is all. I know that if I did have an issue it would be fixed.

Recommend? YES! If you want to be eco-friendly and not give your money to corporate gaints and still want something fabulous, contact Reconstructed by Charlie Anatazja to help you create a one of a kind design!

Thank you!

Ungrateful during Thanksgiving?

Hubby made me cry on Thanksgiving.... The usual share what you're thankful for, he just went all out talking about how we had one of the toughest years and we were apart from each other for six months and how much he missed us and it just sucked. Ohhhh, the waterfalls!! But yeah, it was the longest year ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Reminds me of something that's been on my mind....

We just moved out of the valley and guess what?! The worst part moving to a new place was not the moving. Before we moved I scoped out our neighborhood, grocery stores, parks and I joined several mom groups. I knew negative Nancy’s were bound to share their troubles in Facebook groups but I’ve never heard so many complaints in one day.

I don’t know what it is but I don’t like when people complain. I just think to myself, “Did you really have to share that?” or about an easy solution to that complaint. There would have been a better way to spend your time than writing a n…
