March Birthday Bash - Invitations - Sponsored Review

I am so excited for ya'll to see how the party came together so smoothly and that all the sponsored did an awesome job. Being preggo and my stress level already being high, it really made a huge difference. Like I said, I actually got to sit and have dinner!

So here is our first highlighted sponsors post!

Please welcome, Nelly from Picture Perfect Printables!

It is not necessary, bit if you would like to go to her page and say thanks for sponsoring that would be nice.

I first found out about this page by just asking. You should never be afraid to just ask what you are looking for. I had asked if anyone knew how or could make a layout for Eli's birthday and Nelly came to the rescue. I immideatley checked out her page and loved her work.

I loved that she could do so many different themes and designs. Check out everything she can offer HERE. I absolutely love the birth announcements. I always get stuck on design. I usually know what I want but Nelly helped me put it on paper. I showed her a few shots of what I liked and that we were having a Classic Minnie Mouse party and this is what she came up with!

If you are interested in the invitations or announcements I would suggest to print them yourself to avoid shipping costs. We saved money by printing them at home. And when I wanted to change some of the sizing and information she did that super fast and was happy with her service.

I added black cardstock to the back of the invitation as well as a silver stamped mickey outline and a red .5 inch ribbon across the middle of the invitation.
Didn't get a picture of that :(

Thank you to Picture Perfect Printables for setting the tone of the party. Many guests came wearing Minnie/Mickey shirts! I love having themed birthday parties!

Hickies: Back-to-School Series #1

Every Friday in the month of September I will share a few tips for making the transition for both kids and parents a bit easier. This first one is a doozie! HICKIES! Keep reading to learn what I'm talking about.... I try to buy my girls (i have 3 school-aged daughters) two or more pairs of shoes; an active shoe, which usually has laces, and a more casual/formal shoe, which usually doesn't have laces. Which ones do they choose to wear nearly every day to school? The ones that have shoe laces! Of course my oldes daughter, who's now 13, can tie her own shoes, but the other two still need help. And let's be real, even the oldest one I find myself nagging her to tie her laces correctly, she gets sloppy in the mornings at times. Here come HICKIES to save the day!

Hate tying your kids' shoes everyday before they step out of the house? Hate stopping to tie your own shoes mid-run? HICKIES products turn any pair of sneakers into convenient, comfortable, and stylish slip-on…
