MBB - Theme

What is the most important part of a birthday party?! The THEME (in my opinion)! Without a theme you just can't proceed with planning the party. Of course you wouldn't nessisarily need a theme. For example, if you had were just having a few friends over you could do without. Just blow up some balloons and make a cake, TA-DA! You're done. We did that for our Vetty when she turned 3.

Obvisously, this year we have choosen a Mickey theme, "Classic Minnie Mouse" to be exactly. We're going with the original colors of Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Red, Black & White. Also throwing in some silver/iridescent to make a bit more fancy just because. I won't show ya'll all of the decorations but here is a sneak peek from one of our sponsors this year, Whatchawant Design. Please head on over to her page and say thank you from TMB!

How cute do they look! I have never seen anything like it. And it goes perfectly with the theme.

I'm going to keep this post short because I am super sick and I have to go and mail the last of the invitations and hope to take a nap later.

Here are some classic and out of the box themes to consider or think about for your families next birthday party!
  • Primary Colors
  • Cars & Trains
  • Princess
  • Charlie Brown/Woodstock
  • Inventors
  • Picture Party (Scavenger hunt)
What was your best memorable birthday party and/or the oddest birthday party you have ever been to?
