March Birthday Bash .... Aftermath ...

Hey ya'll... yes, I was gone for about 2 weeks. Hubs says I should just take a break. We had spring break and spent time with my family and it was just so much fun. If you are a fan of my FB page I still update a bit on there. I just wanted to let ya'll know that I am back and going to share how Eli's party went!!

So the day of the party went really well. We all took our time waking up and everyone got ready, we did our hair, nails and were ready to go. The only one that was NOT ready was hubs! He just had to go cut his hair, so when he came back he had to change shirts.

We went to go pick up our CAKE and it came out so beautiful, I was so happy with it! When we got to the party place we just hauled everything into the room and started setting up our decorations and the kids party bags and the party hostess that we had helped up tie the balloons on the chairs and hang the banner. We weren't allowed to use tape, so we just used balloons to hold it up. I liked how it came out.

So everyone started eating and I just love that the party hostess let us put in our own orders and brought it right to us. That was so nice of her. I love having parties where they include everything, like plates, cups, forks and stuff because it just brought my stress level way down! I actually got to sit down, rest and eat! Eli actually ate really good. I thought she would be excited and distracted with all the kids, but she ate all of her pasta and even some of my salad.

After we ate the kids got to get their face painted if they wanted to and also balloon animals. Everyone loved that little extra touch, especially the kiddos. Eli however did not want to get her face painted, but that was fine.

Then it was cake time, we took some pictures while we got ready and Eli looked so cute and got embarrassed when everyone started singing happy birthday to her, it was too cute! And... I was so surprised that she blew out the candles on her own! I did not know she knew how to blow them out, or when to blow them out. And just want to say thank you to everyone who sent Eli a present, that was so nice!

Afterwards, we started cleaning up and then let the kiddos play in the game room that they have....
