Welcome to Week 30 of Toddler Talk Thursday! Where Family and Life in Las Vegas, Crazy about my Baybah, and My Life as a Sippy Cup Mom talk all things TODDLER!! Toddler Talk Thursday was created as a place for moms and dads of toddlers to come together over a weekly topic and share ideas, go-to toys, or products. It is a great way to meet other bloggers of toddlers. Each week the topic will be different; we invite you to link up, share your weekly Toddler Talk!! Click the photo or one of the blogs above to participate! Our highlighted blog this week is: Praises of a Wife and Mommy
This week’s topic is : How does your toddler try to be a big helper?
Eli loves to be a helper! Does it mean it's always a good thing? NO! But it sure is ADORABLE!
Eli loves to go outside with me when I do laundry. I'll never know what she'll wanna do. Some times all she wants to do is stare at the ground. When she does feel like helping she loves to hand me the clothes pins or the clothes.
She also…

CTWW - Daily

Change The World Wednesday is hosted by Reduce Footprints, an awesome blog that I came across through the Green Blog Hop and jumped right into the challenge. I plan to participate every week and hope to inspire and spread the word so that others can participate as well. If you participate, just leave a comment on the current challenge and you will get featured on the following weeks challenge. You can learn all about it HERE!

Last weeks Challenge: Don't use Garbage Disposal!

I'm glad to say that we don't have a Garbage Disposal! It's usually our dog and our new compost pile! We also save good veggie peels for stock. I was so happy that for the past few weeks our garbage can has not been full. I feel so depressed when I drive or walk down our neighborhood and see them all over-flowing! I've always asked Hubs, should I go ask them if I can take out their recyclables, but he says no, lol. It's also annoying that our city doesn't offer a recycling program …

Wordless Wednesday - Oops!

Hoo Are You? Newbie!

Here are this week's questions!
1. Do you pay your bills online or through snail mail?
2. How many email accounts do you have?

3. Do you use XM/Sirius, radio, ipod, CD, or etc.. in your vehicle?

4.What shows are sparking your interest on TV right now?
5. Name 3 things that you think of when you hear the word "GREEN"!

Here are my answers!
1. Do you pay your bills online or through snail mail?
Online, Hubs does it. But I think I might be taking over since he was late on our water bill last month :p

2. How many email accounts do you have?
I have a TOTAL of 5, but only use two (yahoo & gmail) Thinking I should get one for my blog, cus it takes me like 1-2 hours to check my mail, lol

3. Do you use XM/Sirius, radio, ipod, CD, or etc.. in your vehicle?
Regular radio... and I annoy Hubs constantly changing the station!

4.  What shows are sparking your interest on TV right now?
We're really not TV people, we're movie people. But I have been watching Big Bang Theory, How I Met Y…

Green Tip Tuesday - Safety & More!

Do you know any new parents? Do you remember when you wre a new parent. I certainly do. I was obsessed with doing it RIGHT! I wanted to be the best parent. I was pretty good! lol But now with baby number two we are very different parents. Back then I wasn't too concerned about the impact we were having on the environment, I didn't know much about being green either.
I do still think about safety with Eli.... Don't think I'd be a Mother (Happy International Woman's Day!) if I wasn't. So I wanted to take a bit of time today and tell you about a great website that has an enormous amount of safe & eco-friendly products; There are lots of saftey products for the home, baby safe gear and of course cloth diapers!
So, if you are a new mother or a experienced mother check out My Precious Kid, because safety is important!  Do you love to win things as well? There was just a huge giveaway on many products on their Facebook Fan Page. So be sure to…

{Blogorama Bonanza} Highlighting Sponsor - Leona-Marie Cupcakes

Next on the agenda is the CAKE! Our family is big on the cake, and we always go with the buttercream, non of that fake icing, which is what we call it. We usually order from a family friend or the famous bakery but they are getting pricey. I love to support WAHM and Leona from Leona-Marie's Cupcakes is one of those. She not only works from home, but she always does this for a great cause!
Her local Debate team (from Zapata High School) has been very successful in their competitions and made it all the way to the state level but do not have the proper funding to make a trip to central Texas for the competition. So Ms. Leona is helping to raise funds! I love women like this! She is offering up a $25 Target Gift Card to help with your little ones birthday! You can ENTER TO WIN HERE. For each sponsor there will be extra entries, so be sure to come back to get more entries to win the Birthday Prize Pack!

Day 13 – a description of what's currently in your handbag/purse/diaper bag! Oh boy.... that's a good one. But actually my bag isn't in it's usual state: chaos! I only have my coupon binder, my wallet, camera, the mail from today and some business cards from wedding vendors.
So what's in your purse?
