Just Write - One Word

As apart of my new posting ideas here is this weeks Just Write Post, participating from DishwaterDreams.com. If you want to see this weeks and others CLICK HERE.

Writing Prompt #5 – One Word
Words are the life of anything that is written. Good writing tries to take those words and get the reader to feel an emotion without telling the reader how to feel. What words in your life have great meaning? What are the connotations and denotations of that word?

=========================

Oh geez... just one word.... lol Here it goes....

LOVE.
Love is the one word I choose to use on a daily basis. It may be toward a family member or towards a stranger. The word loves brings me a feeling of wholeness, completeness and acceptance. Love is the one thing that people long for in this world. It is also the one thing that I believe is lacking. We should show that we love our neighbors. Love is also a word that is not used lightly. Love also makes people afraid and shy away. We should however embrace …

Some Excitement with Eden *Adult Content*

**Adult Content**
There are always so many things you can do and give with your friends and family. But how about the other love in your life. I usually just make him a card and write him a love letter. But what man wants that? lol I've been looking and thinking about our life together and I'd want to add some excitement to it. I want to take him to our local wild life refuge and have a nice picnic. But what else? I've been hearing so much about EdenFantasys. I've also seen lots of tweets with tips and ideas for holidays. They seem to know so much information and they are known for being a site you can trust. They also have Eden Community where you can read lots of reviews, their blog and Sexis Magazine!

Being a mommy there isn't always much time for "us" time but I'm glad that there is a few times a year where we can make time for ourselves. There is also lots of products that are eco-friendly, for your information.

I also want to buy "The Best B…

Green Tip Tuesday

Ahhhh, I've been under the weather for the past few days AND the weather is going to get worse! So we're stuck indoors for the next 24-48 hours! Just a little update on my front....

As for todays Green Tip, Herbal Meds! I don't know why, but I've never been a big fan of perscription medication. Even when I was preggo, instead of taking the pre-natal vitamins I would ask my doc what herbs or veggies I could take to come close to the same nutritional value. None, he said, so I took them! :p For now, I have an upset stomach, so I've been drinking nice warm chamomile tea. Chamomile Tea is used medicinally for stomach aches a mild sleep aid and more. I would drink some ginger tea too, but we don't have any.

And for those of you who were here for one of my sponsor was HELPS Tea and I am in love with it. I love that their ingredients are listed right on the box. I've been drinking the one that helps me relax! I'm so stressed right now because the house is a mes…

1001 Wall Clocks

A Wall Clock is something that can be a great conversational piece when you have company. This past weekend we had some old friends over that we knew from college. And they recognized our clock. It’s a clock that we had in our first apartment in college! Isn’t that funny! Wall Clock has been a huge part of our family. My favorites are the kitchen clocks because they can go along with any theme you have in your kitchen. Wall Clocks are a piece of history. When people started measuring time, some 6,000 years ago, they would plan their day accordingly. We still do the same thing today. Do we go shopping in the middle of the night?  I’ve always wanted an old-style sundial clock. Thanks to them, we now have the modern clock. To take a look at all the different designs visit http://www.1001wallclocks.com/ All the Wall Clocks get FREE shipping and shipped within 2 business days and they ship via UPS to the USA and Canada. Expedited and over night shipping is also available for a fee. If you…

CLOSED - Day 6: Get EcoSmart!

Last fall we had a huge problem with BUG! It was so freaking annoying! That also ment that we didn't spend as much time as we wanted outside. I would only go outside with boots, long socks and a jacket (in Texas we have Mosquitos too!), I would just put clothes on the line to dry and come back in. We also didn't let our dog run outside for a while. We searched and searched for something that we could use but not harm the environment. I had eventually gave up. BUT THEN.....

I found EcoSmart! An Organic Insecticide! Then I found out they have a great blogger program. They want other families to know about their products. I signed up immediately and was given the opportunity to try out one of their Value Bundles. I thought it was just going to be some samples that I could use for like a few weeks. But no! I was so amazed when I received the package. I mean I read what the packaged included online, but I didn't think I would be able to review this exact one. This is what the …
