BabyLegs *Review*

Has it started to get cold in your area?! Does it effect your babies?! It sure doesn't effect mine. They are still as crazy as ever. My toddler sweats even though it's under 50 degrees outside. And being in Texas the summers are super hot as well.

I just wanted to share with ya'll how I keep my toddler cool in the summer and warmer in the winter....

Baby Legs are the best invention since socks! When it's hot she can sport a pair of baby legs with UV protection and a little tee. When it's winter she can wear a tee with a sweater, jeans and then a pair of babylegs around her ankles to keep the cold air out, or on her arms to keep her arms warm! My 7 year old has used them to keep warm as well! They also make adorable socks as well.

The prices of these things may be a little steep for you... average of about $10. But they always have some great sales going on. Right now you get 50% off when you buy $50 (plus u get FREE shipping)! They even still have some Cyber Monday deals (3-pack for $12!)

They are usually great gifts for baby showers and fun to talk about them because usually new moms don't know what they are.

Ohhh and who has a toddler who is potty training? This was one of the mail reasons why these were created (Read more HERE). You don't have to fuss and mess with everything just to try to sit your toddler on the potty, they can do it themselves!

BabyLegs also has 12 Day of Giveaways going on right now and it's starting TODAY!!

Head on over to their FACEBOOK page to enter!

Hickies: Back-to-School Series #1

Every Friday in the month of September I will share a few tips for making the transition for both kids and parents a bit easier. This first one is a doozie! HICKIES! Keep reading to learn what I'm talking about.... I try to buy my girls (i have 3 school-aged daughters) two or more pairs of shoes; an active shoe, which usually has laces, and a more casual/formal shoe, which usually doesn't have laces. Which ones do they choose to wear nearly every day to school? The ones that have shoe laces! Of course my oldes daughter, who's now 13, can tie her own shoes, but the other two still need help. And let's be real, even the oldest one I find myself nagging her to tie her laces correctly, she gets sloppy in the mornings at times. Here come HICKIES to save the day!

Hate tying your kids' shoes everyday before they step out of the house? Hate stopping to tie your own shoes mid-run? HICKIES products turn any pair of sneakers into convenient, comfortable, and stylish slip-on…
