Would you pay more money for an item that will be recycled and turned into a new product (sold again)? Me? I really wouldn't, but I thought about it and I have bought "Green Toys." Which are also made of recycled items. And there are some pretty good coupons for these products and I can get them pretty cheap.... You decide for yourself.
Here's some more info on the project.... This new line of shampoo (Pure Clean) is made of 94% biodegradable (Conditioner is 92% biodegradable). This is important because it helps keep the down water cleaner. And they claim that the remaining ingredients are "certified non-ecotoxic." This HAB (oh, HAB means Health & Beauty!) briggade started on April 11th, with a big kick-off in Time Square. Don't know where I was because I didn't hear about it.

You can either join this brigade or just keep on recycling like normal. I usually take my empty HAB bottles to the mall and leave them at the Dillards store... Oh geez, I forgot the name of the company. But it's one of the "natural" make-up counters in the mall. They have a bin, everytime I go it's almost always EMPTY! But when I leave it's like half full, lol.
HAVE A GREEN TUESDAY!
