Crazy About My Baybah

Welcome to Week 38 of Toddler Talk Thursday! Where Family and Life in Las Vegas, Crazy about my Baybah, and My Life as a Sippy Cup Mom talk all things TODDLER!!
** If you want to follow this on twitter – or plan on tweeting your post – please use hashtag: #letstalktoddler **
Toddler Talk Thursday was created as a place for moms and dads of toddlers to come together over a weekly topic and share ideas, go-to toys, or products. It is a great way to meet other bloggers of toddlers. Each week the topic will be different; we invite you to link up, share your weekly Toddler Talk!!
Each week the hosts will travel around to each blog to see what topic your suggest for the following week. If we choose your topic – you will be our featured blog. Keep the GREAT suggestions coming. We have an on-going list we will choose from each week. Some topics are ones we have done in the past – but that doesn’t mean we won’t revisit them!!

In order to qualify for this you need to blog about this week’s topic, and follow the hosts.
And the end of your post – suggest a topic for next week.
Comments letting us know you are participating are always great too. If we choose your blog, we will link back to your post the following week.
We are changing things up a bit this week because we have a special giveaway for you! WhattoExpect.com has given us a copy of  What to Expect The Toddler Years to giveaway to a lucky Toddler Talk participant!  It is the sequel to Heidi Murkoff’s What to Expect the First Year,  and picks up at 13 months.    You can find insights and strategies on everything from toddler tantrums, positive discipline, selecting a preschool, and introducing a new baby to your toddler.   There is even a chapter called All About Toilet Learning!  This book is a must have for parents of toddlers!!  All you have to do is link up to this weeks Toddler Talk, and you will be entered to win!
This week’s topic is :
If you could ask the author of What to Expect the Toddler Years, Heidi Murkoff, a question about toddlers, what would it be?
Post your question on your blog, and then lets hop around and help each other out!

QUESTION: How can she be so smart at a young age and know how to PUSH MY BUTTONS?!

Here she is on Easter weekend and the STAIRS!! lol Everyone was around the corner on the patio and even though everyone told all the kids to stay away from them, there she was just staring at them! lol And of course "grandma" would take her to up and down the stairs to touch the "kittys." oh my heart would pump through my chest! Then she's also got into pulling her sisters hair! lol She's gone to the corner a few times for that. I just keep reinforcing! lol

Easter weekend was pretty awesome as well... we went to spend the day with Hubs mom, my mother-in-law. It was a beautiful day too, nice and sunny. The girls had a blast! We hope to be back there this summer.

There are so many other questions I have for "What To Expect!"

Suggestion for next week: Where would you like to go for summer vacation?

Ungrateful during Thanksgiving?

Hubby made me cry on Thanksgiving.... The usual share what you're thankful for, he just went all out talking about how we had one of the toughest years and we were apart from each other for six months and how much he missed us and it just sucked. Ohhhh, the waterfalls!! But yeah, it was the longest year ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Reminds me of something that's been on my mind....

We just moved out of the valley and guess what?! The worst part moving to a new place was not the moving. Before we moved I scoped out our neighborhood, grocery stores, parks and I joined several mom groups. I knew negative Nancy’s were bound to share their troubles in Facebook groups but I’ve never heard so many complaints in one day.

I don’t know what it is but I don’t like when people complain. I just think to myself, “Did you really have to share that?” or about an easy solution to that complaint. There would have been a better way to spend your time than writing a n…
