Writing Prompt #3 – Faults
Everyone has faults. You do. I do. Your children do. Your significant other does. This week instead of focusing on the negative aspect of faults, focus on the positive.
Faults:
That's a very good question.... how can someone's faults be posititve? They might not be positive to you or for them, but may be positive or change someone elses life for the better. You know there are all these reality shows and most of them focus on their faults. But becasue their faults are being publicly displayed many others may benefit from it. Either changing their lives or just talking about it with other to make small changes.

My Faults:
I tend to blame everyone else besides myself. I feel like I'm the only one that cleans house. And I blame everyone else for it being unorganized. Like right now... I'm semi-furious because there are toys on the floor, trash on the sofa and old mail on the coffee table. Hubs is sitting with the girls watching a movie. Why can't he just stand up and gather what's trash. So I get upset, but yesterday the house was spotless. I just have to learn everything can't always be perfect. And Hubs helps me a whole lot while I blog/write. He does dishes, takes the girls a bath and even makes dinner sometimes, even if it's just sandwiches.... I should be greatful!

DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY!

Hickies: Back-to-School Series #1

Every Friday in the month of September I will share a few tips for making the transition for both kids and parents a bit easier. This first one is a doozie! HICKIES! Keep reading to learn what I'm talking about.... I try to buy my girls (i have 3 school-aged daughters) two or more pairs of shoes; an active shoe, which usually has laces, and a more casual/formal shoe, which usually doesn't have laces. Which ones do they choose to wear nearly every day to school? The ones that have shoe laces! Of course my oldes daughter, who's now 13, can tie her own shoes, but the other two still need help. And let's be real, even the oldest one I find myself nagging her to tie her laces correctly, she gets sloppy in the mornings at times. Here come HICKIES to save the day!

Hate tying your kids' shoes everyday before they step out of the house? Hate stopping to tie your own shoes mid-run? HICKIES products turn any pair of sneakers into convenient, comfortable, and stylish slip-on…
