Day 6 of 365

I think I have too many pictures for today... but it was a fun day! We woke up early (10am) to go to the local flea market. Ohhh how I love the flea market. The ones in the valley are like no other! Great deals... I have another post (vent post) about this trip as well... I hope you enjoy the photos, I'll give a description of each :D

So here we have the first picture on the left... I so wished to use my Moby wrap, but it was HOT, and I'm a big girl who doesn't like to be too hot. :D So there she's is in her mobile stroller... she's liking it cus she got up early too!
Next on the right side we have an awesome vendor who creates these awesome little figures, cars, bugs and more with nuts & bolts! Isn't that too cool?! Prices vary from a few dollars to hundreds. There are many vendors who make home-made items from home decor to clothing.

Aside from home made items there is home-made food. Of course they all have permits. There are some very odd foods as well. Like, do you know what a Spiro-Papa is? I have to take a picture of that next time. It is very popular down here. People top it with ketchup, mayo, salt, pepper and any type or all types of chili! Yumm! I myself only use pepper and ketchup. But the picture... is Sugar Cane water. I really don't see the point. But they claim that it's good for you. Who know?! I have yet to try it and will probably try it next time we go. My mom always tells me stories of when she and her brothers were younger and would chew on the sugar cane sticks. All I have to say is GROSS!

Now, I did mention this is a farmers market as well, no? Well, I tend to always want to buy lots of fruits and veggies, but as part of my New Years resolution for 2011 I will only buy what we need (meaning only buy what I know we'll eat or what's on the menu for that week). So today I did not buy any fruits or veggies. As a matter of fact I didn't buy anything! Amazing, no?! Well, to me it is! So I really enjoy this next picture... The Fruit Stand!

Next is the last picture I took. Baby M walking out, to the car. Daddy is right by her, don't be frightened.... she was safe! She was so ready to go home... and have lunch! So I hope you to enjoyed the 6th day of the year!
