1001 Wall Clocks

My Favorite!

A Wall Clock is something that can be a great conversational piece when you have company. This past weekend we had some old friends over that we knew from college. And they recognized our clock. It’s a clock that we had in our first apartment in college! Isn’t that funny!
Wall Clock has been a huge part of our family. My favorites are the kitchen clocks because they can go along with any theme you have in your kitchen.
Wall Clocks are a piece of history. When people started measuring time, some 6,000 years ago, they would plan their day accordingly. We still do the same thing today. Do we go shopping in the middle of the night?  I’ve always wanted an old-style sundial clock. Thanks to them, we now have the modern clock.

"1001 Wall Clocks" I agree with you that a wall clock many not only be a nice decor in the room, but can also be a nice conversational piece. I saw one in particular called the "Word Alarm Clock". It had words for numbers. It was quite unique. However, I will stick to the digital ones.

  2. I love your explanation on wall clocks. They will always be part of our current world and the way we live. Clocks have a big influence on us and are a contributor to great management.

Ungrateful during Thanksgiving?

Hubby made me cry on Thanksgiving.... The usual share what you're thankful for, he just went all out talking about how we had one of the toughest years and we were apart from each other for six months and how much he missed us and it just sucked. Ohhhh, the waterfalls!! But yeah, it was the longest year ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Reminds me of something that's been on my mind....

We just moved out of the valley and guess what?! The worst part moving to a new place was not the moving. Before we moved I scoped out our neighborhood, grocery stores, parks and I joined several mom groups. I knew negative Nancy’s were bound to share their troubles in Facebook groups but I’ve never heard so many complaints in one day.

I don’t know what it is but I don’t like when people complain. I just think to myself, “Did you really have to share that?” or about an easy solution to that complaint. There would have been a better way to spend your time than writing a n…
