Review: So Easy Toddler Food Cook Book

Do you have a picky eater in your home? Do you love cookbooks? Well I have to say that this is the easiest cookbook and tips that I have ever come across. The recipes that it has can be tweeked and added to your family meals with ease. There are so many wonderful recipes I'd like to share them all.

Check out this recipe that is our new favorite! Cinnamon Apples! All you need is 1 apples (slices) and a dash of cinnamon, badabing badaBOOM! After a few seconds in the microwave you have some yummy kid friendly apples. When I told my mom about what the girls (6 years old and a 20 month old) had for dessert and she kinda freaked out. Then she told me the story about her cinnamon apple days, when she was pregnant with me! Of course on those apples she'd include a generous amount of caramel syrup and chocolate chips on top.

We now have a favorite dessert! I have made almost every recipe in the book and let me tell you, we have success! My lil Eli use to only want to eat pasta and green beans, boy did she LOVE green beans, but now she'll also rice, broccoli and is also open to trying other new foods. I'm most thankful for the Breakfast recipes like Breakfast burrito and the Banana Strawberry Smoothie! My hubby was stuck just making scrambled eggs for us. He's the breakfast maker in our family.

Here's a little more about what's included in the book:

Ungrateful during Thanksgiving?

Hubby made me cry on Thanksgiving.... The usual share what you're thankful for, he just went all out talking about how we had one of the toughest years and we were apart from each other for six months and how much he missed us and it just sucked. Ohhhh, the waterfalls!! But yeah, it was the longest year ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Reminds me of something that's been on my mind....

We just moved out of the valley and guess what?! The worst part moving to a new place was not the moving. Before we moved I scoped out our neighborhood, grocery stores, parks and I joined several mom groups. I knew negative Nancy’s were bound to share their troubles in Facebook groups but I’ve never heard so many complaints in one day.

I don’t know what it is but I don’t like when people complain. I just think to myself, “Did you really have to share that?” or about an easy solution to that complaint. There would have been a better way to spend your time than writing a n…
