Menu Plan Tuesday 7/19

Oh my... mommy has been busy. But guess who's been doing the cooking?! DADDY. Has it been sucessful? Somewhat, I am so proud of him. I think every mommy is proud of daddy when you see the kids full after eating, and not running to mommy saying, "I'm still hungry," or after asking "what did you have for dinner," and your child response, "I don't know, it was green!" So yeah, Mommy is happy! I have been menu planning these past few week, but hasn't really planned out like it's suppose to. Why? Mommy is working. Yup. But I work from home and it's been a few weeks so things should be settling down. There have been days where I skip a day or two between showers, but that's what you have to do to make sure that the laundry gets washed and dried in the SAME day, so you don't have smelly clothes. I'm keeping it simple still so daddy doesn't get so overwhelmed.

Monday: Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwiches

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken pecan & apple salad

Wednesday: Enchiladas

Thursday: Stir-fry n white rice

Friday: Spaghetti & Meatballs
