Happy Saint Paticks Day + Tip

There is not much that happens on this day where I live, but something exciting did happen to me today. Well, I was up and early this morning to go to work and then I got a phone call. One of my favorite cousins is moving! At first I was so excited but then she said that she has to pay all the expensis, her company is only paying for the first two months of rent and that's it! I thought that wasn't bad, but right now they live in Arizona and they are moving to California! It's a big move. They have all their stuff at her husband's mother-in-laws house (she lives in California) cause they had the help of his brothers, but now they need someone to move them to their new house (everyone went back to work). I did a bit of research about the prices of movers and it's going up. There were a few that stood out, Irvine movers, Carlsbad movers, San Diego movers. Everyone was just choosing anyone they could find. You know why right? Well, with the housing market crashing and everything, lots of people were having to downgrade, hence, have to move. Well, movers saw the opportunity and jacked up prices. So, it is so important to find professional movers who actually care about their job and your property. I'm sure you wouldn't want to get to your new home and find your stuff broken.

So whether your are down-grading or up-grading, I suggest you take a bit more time in choosing your MOVERS!

Ungrateful during Thanksgiving?

Hubby made me cry on Thanksgiving.... The usual share what you're thankful for, he just went all out talking about how we had one of the toughest years and we were apart from each other for six months and how much he missed us and it just sucked. Ohhhh, the waterfalls!! But yeah, it was the longest year ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Reminds me of something that's been on my mind....

We just moved out of the valley and guess what?! The worst part moving to a new place was not the moving. Before we moved I scoped out our neighborhood, grocery stores, parks and I joined several mom groups. I knew negative Nancy’s were bound to share their troubles in Facebook groups but I’ve never heard so many complaints in one day.

I don’t know what it is but I don’t like when people complain. I just think to myself, “Did you really have to share that?” or about an easy solution to that complaint. There would have been a better way to spend your time than writing a n…
