Yet another week of menu planning.... This week I'm going to include breakfast! When it's cold I like to eat breakfast more often cause it keeps me warm! Also the recipe for the week will be my grandmas famous Caldo de Res. It's basically translated into beef soup. But I never have beef soup like we have in the valley anywhere else! It's made with beef shank, bone-in.

Tuesday Lunch/Dinner: Chicken Quesadillas with Roasted 'Corn in a Cup'
Wednesday Breakfast: Bacon Egg n Cheese Biscuits
Wednesday Lunch/Dinner: Apple Grilled Chicken salad with home-made italian dressing and French bread
Thursday Breakfast: Migas (fried corn tortillas with egg) with Hot Mexican Chocolate
Thursday Lunch/Dinner: LEFTOVER NIGHT
Friday Breakfast: Cereal day
Friday Lunch/Dinner: EO (Eat out)
