Another week gone by. I made everything on last weeks menu except for Friday! Friday's menu is now Monday's menu. Another week of no shopping!!! Help! But I actually don't have to go to the store. I've got chicken, meat and fish! Fish is getting cooking this week.
I use to meal plan with MealsMatter.com, but been pretty busy latley. This week I took time to visit their site and grabbed some great recipes to go along with the menu I already planned and to spice up things a bit differently this week. Check out the Fish Bake and the Pecan Strusel pancakes; they're like the ones from IHop!
Here's the menu:
Monday: Oatmeal, tacos w/bean, Baked Burritos
Tuesday: Scrambled eggs with toast, hot dogs with cheese, Fish n Broccoli Bake w/wild rice
Wednesday: Cereal, Grilled Chicken w/wacky mac, Chicken Enchiladas with mexi-shells
Thursday: BananaNut muffins, leftovers (enchiladas), Ground Beef Stoup (beef corn, green beans, potatoes)
Friday: Pecan stusel pancakes, leftovers, homemade pizza!
I hope my menu doesn't change, I'm getting hungry already
