OMG, this week was total chaos because my sister came down for about 4 days! And hubby didn't help because he just wanted to go out to eat! I asked him this week if he would comply and we compramised that we would only meal plan for the week and leave three days (lunch or dinner) free incase he gets the urge! All in all, I had to skip out on the enchiladas and the pizza. The pizza I was fine with because I hadn't gone shopping for the pizza ingredients. I also only have chicken breasts (boneless) and some steaks left in the freezer! I pride myself in using everything I have first, before going out and buying extras.
So here's my meal plan for the week mostly made out of things from my pantry
Sausage & Egg
Grilled Chicken bean & corn salad
Pizza w/Apple & Pecan salad
Chicken Spaghetti w/sliced carrots
